Yes. For SMEs we need security to provide funding. We accept residential, commercial, warehouse, and more. For additional information please refer to our Credit Policy.

We offer dynamic interest rates starting from 9%, modelled with BBSW as the base rate. We assess the borrower's risk and quote the pricing and origination fee accordingly.

Repayment periods are flexible! We like to match the business's cash flow to make it easy for the business to repay.
